Moot Court is part of the student co-curriculum and an essential subject in the final semester of our three-year
LLB program. The students are assigned a calculative and well-framed case problem that they have to solve.
Instead, they have to design key arguments both on behalf of the plaintiff and the defendant/respondent. A
supplemented guideline and argument supported by case laws is well preferred and awarded as well.
On completion, they have to prepare a proper moot file that will get them the right marks and accolades in the final
viva aided by practical exposure during their internships with assigned advocates appointed by the MCL Moot Court
society.
